Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: We are unable to process return items but can issue refunds within 30 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees may be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please be patient as we are a small company.

  • Shipping Rates for Retail: Shipping is provided for retail orders over $50. Purchases under $50 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.

  • Shipping Rates for Wholesale: Shipping is provided for wholesale orders over $100. Invoices under $100 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Lost Items: If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
